Marie Audrain is a Senior Manager with more than 10 years working experience in International Tax law.

She works with KPMG’s EU Tax Centre and specializes in all aspects of corporate direct taxation law at the EU level.

Marie graduated from HEC Paris and has a Master's degree in International Tax law. Marie was a member of KPMG Luxembourg’s tax practice for more than 5 years, where she advised clients from the financial services industry in relation to cross-border structuring and reclaim opportunities resulting from EU law. Before joining the EU Tax Centre, Marie spent some time as an in-house tax advisor for a major actor of the digital economy.

Marie’s expertise covers a wide range of EU and international tax matters including state aid, anti-abuse measures and taxation of the digital economy.
